COVID-19 Response: 2020 International SeaPerch Challenge Cancelled

March 12, 2020 Statement: 2020 International SeaPerch Challenge Cancelled In response to the outbreak of COVID-19 (commonly known as Coronavirus), we are closely monitoring the outbreak and will do everything we can to keep our community informed as it affects the 2020 RoboNation events. The health and safety of the RoboNation community is the highest priority for our team. As COVID-19 continues to spread around the world, we know that many regions are facing school closures, travel restrictions, and other challenges that affect each of our daily lives. As a result, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 International SeaPerch Challenge scheduled for May 30-31, 2020 at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. At this time, the remaining RoboNation events in the 2020 Events Schedule are still scheduled for their original dates. We will continue to monitor recommendations from the health, public safety, and transportation authorities in communities where our events are hosted and will use those recommendations to make any future determinations concerning the events.
At this time, RoboNation will abide by the following 2020 Events Schedule:
