Workforce development cannot begin at the hiring stage. By then, it’s too late.

The Workforce Gap:

Shifting Workforce Needs:

40% of core skills expected to change by 2030. Even with the current landscape, employers report that graduates often need significant retraining before they can contribute.*

The Aging Workforce:

Nearly 17 million infrastructure workers are projected to permanently leave their jobs over the next decade due to retirements, job transfers, and other labor market shifts, according to Brookings research.*

We are dependent on technology. Yet there’s no shortage of work to be done — with the biggest challenges involving robotics, cybersecurity, networks, sensors and analysis of big data.  Who is going to solve it? Students.  Good news is: this is a passionate community. We keep that momentum strong every time we work alongside with the upcoming generation.
